Included in the Registration fee are coffee and tea breaks, lunch, access to all conference sessions, social activity (performance) during the opening evening, publication of the abstract in online conference proceedings.

We are offering a special early bird rate of £180 for full registration and £80 for student/practitioner/unwaged registration which will be available until 31st January 2020.  The full registration rates will be £220 for full registration, £100 for student/practitioner/unwaged registration or a rate of £60 per day. 

Registration will close on the 29^th February 2020.

Please, note that after Friday the 7th of February we will be unable to offer any refunds on registration costs.

Please be aware that support funds are limited and therefore all applications will be accessed by committee members. We will notify you when this has taken place.  In the event that it is not possible to offer financial support for your application the committee will send information of virtual participation – should this be required.

This conference will be child friendly meaning we will be able to provide some support in terms of attending the conference with children.  If you think it is likely that you would like to bring your children to the conference, please contact SAEDstoryelling@lboro.ac.uk by 29 February 2020 to ensure we can facilitate this.
