The project involved researchers, creative experts, transport professionals and policy makers from the UK and Africa in the co-identification of ways to address the serious transport issues faced by many African cities. The project was located in Kenya and Uganda and aimed to inform transport professionals on how inclusive transport could be achieved. It supported a number of short projects in Nairobi and Kampala. Creative methods used included urban dialogues where the city planners and dwellers came together to discuss their mobility options, participatory mapping, Minecraft design, and creative photography techniques such as wearable cameras.
