Dr Catherine Rees

Catherine Rees is Reader in Drama at Loughborough and also co-Director of Postgraduate Taught Studies. She currently supervises five doctoral researchers within the Storytelling Academy and also teaches in the areas of applied theatre and the community, site-specific performance, and applied arts and theatre for education. She is currently writing a monograph entitled Applied Theatre for Health and Wellbeing, has worked on applied arts projects in community settings, including care homes, and is currently developing research exploring digital storytelling as a methodology to capture experiences of social inclusion for international school children.
